Commercial Services

Capstone Title provides closing services for a variety of commercial real estate transactions. Our team of experienced professionals, led by attorney J. Bradley Compere, has handled all types of transactions. The members of the Capstone Title team have experienced transactions from all vantage points, including lender, investor, buyer, seller, broker and escrow team, thereby bringing a unique perspective to the closing process, as well as the ability to identify with all individual members of a commercial transaction.

Title Examination

At Capstone Title, our experienced examination team provides title examination services for both our residential and commercial clients. Conducting title examination requires an in-depth knowledge of real estate title and an understanding of the various property laws and statutes in the State of Texas. Our Austin-based title examination department utilizes a team approach because we believe that collaboration enhances the quality of service and provides an accurate, timely, and thorough product to our clients. We dedicate detailed and in-depth attention and analysis to all of our transactions and take great pride in our clients’ satisfaction because we believe in providing a quality product that adds real value to each and every real estate transaction.
